Leann Trotter
PROGRAM DIRECTOR OF FEDERAL PROBATION SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM
Leann Trotter serves as the Program Director of our Federal Probation Program that we recently started at the end of December. Leann is a new addition to the Cornerstone Family as she joined our team at the end of December 2021. She has more than 20 years of experience as a Supervisor and Technical Instructor. Leann’s worked 17 years with the State of Indiana where she excelled in many positions. Her work history includes the Department of Corrections and Bureau of Motor Vehicle, as a Training Officer and Department of Child Services as an Instructional Designer where she worked on special projects around the states.
Joshua Tidwell, graduate of Indiana State University in 2015 with a BS degree in Communication and a minor in Creative Writing. Joshua has been with Cornerstone Support Services since 2014 when he started with us as a Direct Support Staff Member. Joshua was promoted to a Family Support Specialist in 2015, and then later promoted again to a Program Coordinator in 2017. Joshua’s continue success and determination to provide the best services to the populations that we work with has led him to excelling in every role that he’s held while at Cornerstone. In 2018, Joshua was promoted to Program Director of Clinical Operations where he oversaw the Behavioral Management Division, and Cornerstone's Day Program. During this time, Joshua led the charge for Cornerstone to be approved as a DMHA and Choices provider for CMHI and CMHW services. In 2021, Joshua was promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Cornerstone. Joshua has since made it a focus to ensure the brand of Cornerstone remains strong, while also managing new opportunities designed to further grow the company. Since Joshua has come on board as COO, Cornerstone has developed three new divisions, while also now being recognized as a Substance Abuse Treatment Facility.
Haisley Adeshina
PROGRAM DIRECTOR CORNERSTONE SUPPORT SERVICES
Haisley Adeshina, MA., has been active in the field of social-behavioral health management, education, and medical rehabilitation therapy for some fifteen (15) years; with university degrees in Special Education & Rehabilitation; Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology; and Applied Sociology (Master’s degree from the University of Indianapolis). He is currently a Doctoral Candidate/ Researcher in Healthcare Science and Administration.
Haisley has conducted programs for child caring institutions and group homes funded by the Department of Child Services (DCS) in Indiana, and other large multinational insurance companies such as United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross- Blue Shield etc.
Haisley Adeshina, MA., currently serves as the PROGRAM DIRECTOR for Cornerstones Support Services (Youth Residential Services & Emergency Shelter Care). He is an active member of Alpha Kappa Delta, the International Sociology Honor Society.

Sean Usher is a powerful business driver whose entrepreneurial instincts and clarity of vision have carried multiple companies through rapid and continuous growth.
Sean started his first business, a delivery company, at age 13, and has been an unstoppable force ever since. He has led several successful businesses including but not limited to Usher & Associates Commercial Cleaning, Usher & Associates Property Preservation and most recently Cornerstone Support Services. Sean has a passion for helping others which he harvested during his employment at North Willow Center. As the owner and CFO of Cornerstone Support Services, Sean is able to combine his passion for helping others with his natural ability to lead a successful company.

Sean is distinguished by his passion for business, his focus on collaborative team-building, and his commitment to meeting all client demands. Sean has an intimate drive for helping people, especially working with individuals whom society tends to overlook. He constantly strives to be the support and voice for the silent which transcends his company’s culture.

Sean holds a Master of Science degree in Criminology, Masters in Psychology, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. He is an active member in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
Joshua Tidwell
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER CORNERSTONE SUPPORT SERVICES
Desmond Mathews is a native of Indianapolis. He went to Pike High school then went to Indiana State University. After college Desmond went on to work for seven years in the field of Engineering and Systems Automation. After reaching the level of Regional Director Desmond made a career change and got into Pharmaceutical sales.
Entrepreneurship was always a part of Desmond’s life goals and personal plan. His first business was a beauty salon on the north east side of Indianapolis. He soon expanded and purchased a barber shop as well. After that Desmond owned and operated several business’s including, a restaurant, a real estate company, a communication/engineering firm and a list of other ventures.
Desmond opened Cornerstone Distribution in the summer of 2011, a company that provides medical devices for Medicare and Medicaid patients in central Indiana. This vision led to the concept of Cornerstone Support Services. Desmond serves as the Owner, President and CEO of Cornerstone Support Services. Desmond has always been in or around the industry of the developmentally disabled. His mother, Daphne Mathews, has dedicated her entire career to the service of this population. The vision that Desmond has for Cornerstone is to not only be a regional leader in service, but someday a national leader and standard bearer for the entire industry. He plans to accomplish this goal by always putting the Client first, providing a brand with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, and meticulously following all state and federal guidelines and rules.
Desmond holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Technology. As well as, a Masters in Psychology. He is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
Jennie has worked at Howard Community in Kokomo for 32 years. The last 15 years I was the Director of Patient Finance. I retired and then four years later, came out of retirement to do the billing for Cornerstone Support Services. I continue to do the billing for Cornerstone and in October, added Family Preservation Manager to my duties. I love working with the Cornerstone Family, such a great place to work.
